Hey ya’ll! So Noah will be working all weekend. @#($)@ job. This means that Shanna and I will have an extra two days this week where we will be entertaining one another. This means I am soliciting livejournal at large saying, “Please God people someone must be available.” For fair warning: Shanna is teething and therefore clingy and somewhat whiny. As long as she is held constantly it’s not too bad, but uhm it’s a lot of contact.
Would anyone like to do anything? 🙂
I’d love to, but I’m not well at the moment. Please know that I’ll be there in spirit.
Sometimes it feels like our schedules will never ever meet up. Damn You Universe!!
In this economy, we should interpret “@#($)@” to mean “thank goodness for his”… right? :}
You never log in any more so I can ignore this comment. 😛
Yes, it is good that he has a job.
I’d like to bring Kidlet to meet up with you and Shanna.
Let me check with Terpsichoros to see if Saturday or Sunday is better.
Kidlet is interested in littler kids these days, and every once in a while talks about “baby Shanna.” I’ve been saying we should try to see you.
Yay! And baby Shanna is becoming less and less of a baby by the day so if you want to see her while she is still little act fast! 🙂
Sunday
Terpsichoros says we’re more free on Sunday.
So… Now to figure out where to go/what to do…
The weather forecast is “partly cloudy, 10% chance of rain” for Sunday, for both Alameda and Fremont. Is there something outdoor you’d like to do? I didn’t find anything compelling at the East Bay Regional Parks site when I looked near Fremont. I had thought perhaps Ardenwood Historic Farm, but they’re not open Sundays again ’til April or May.
I checked out the SJ Children’s Discovery Musueum, but it doesn’t seem to have much for *little* (pre-toddler) kids.
Re: Sunday
If it isn’t raining playing around Lake Elizabeth will probably be the best thing for Kidlet. There aren’t very many options down in our neck of the woods.
At this point Shanna doesn’t do much other than eat dirt so it’s all pretty even for us. 🙂
You totally don’t want this cold we both have. Just want to say how adorable that ‘cuteness’ icon is!
Sure!
I’m not sure what to suggest as an activity, but my weekend is pretty wide open.
